This is a difficult and unsettling time for most businesses, and we have received a number of requests from our customers for information regarding our operations during this period of uncertainty, which may, unfortunately, continue for several weeks.

We would like to assure you that, where possible, we have taken steps to mitigate the impact of the virus on our day to day operations, and continuously review our preparedness as and when new information emerges.

We have implemented all the recommended sanitary and social distancing policies suggested by the government and healthcare professionals and encourage our employees to follow said policies rigorously.  In the event of any staff absence, particularly in manufacturing roles, we believe that we have sufficient multi-skilled personnel to continue most roles as before.

If required, we can implement a remote working policy for our office staff, although we do not expect this to apply to all office staff at any one time.

we have also been in contact with our suppliers to ensure continuity of supply – to date our main suppliers have ensured us that they expect no interruption to supply.  Despite this, as a contingency, we are in the process of increasing our stock levels anyway.

As the situation develops, we will keep you informed of any changes or impact to our operations.
